North Cascades Elopement
Alex and Ashley had the most incredible Washington elopement in the North Cascades! Their elopement day was just one of those perfect days I always hope for each of my couples to have. I very rarely take on elopements on the weekends because beautiful outdoor areas like the North Cascades tend to be insanely crowded. These two were already set on a weekend date and I’m so glad I made an exception for them because the day couldn’t have turned out more perfect.
They spent the afternoon getting ready at their PNW A-frame cabin, taking some portraits with their gorgeous VW Westfalia and then we met up with their guests for an evening ceremony at the most gorgeous lookout platform I had scouted the day prior. We lucked out with a lot of privacy for their ceremony and then snagged a picnic table to enjoy delicious DIY charcuterie boards and champagne with their guests! An hour before sunset we headed up to the main views of Mt. Baker and Mt. Shuksan and had several spots completely to ourselves!
It was truly an incredible day and it was such an honor to witness the love between these two and capture their elopement story.
