Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park Elopement
Jedediah Smith Redwoods Elopement
Nicole and Neal chose to elope in Jedediah Smith State & National Park & the Oregon Coast. Their elopement was one of the most peaceful wedding/elopement days I’ve ever experienced. The weather was mild, the forest and beach locations were quiet, the shining sunset was golden and lovely. The peaceful nature of these locations truly matched their personalities so much. They wandered & explored, took quiet moments to observe, and truly enjoyed their day to the fullest.
The Redwoods National and State Parks require a permit to get legally married or exchange vows, so Nicole and Neal saved that part of the day for a coastal overlook spot that tends to be pretty private. Then we headed to Secret Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. It’s a favorite for a reason and not the best kept secret, but it’s truly worth visiting on your elopement day because it offers such beautiful views, a gorgeous beach with sea stacks to observe, and a stunning overlook.
