Oregon Coast Elopement at Pacific City

Pacific City is home to Cape Kiwanda, which is an absolutely gorgeous rocky cliff area on the Oregon Coast! Pacific City is about 2 hours from Portland, Oregon. It’s definitely a busy area with a lot of visitors, however if you climb up the sand dunes, you can escape the crowds! Pacific City Brewing is one of the main restaurants in the area and is right on the beach and on the way to Cape Kiwanda. They also have a to-go booth, where you can order takeout and have your food on the beach! The Pacific City beach also allows fires, which is super fun! You can bring a blanket and some smores to end the evening off in cozy and romantic way.

On this particular evening we had the most beautiful sunset that made the cliffs and ocean pop with soft pastel tones! It was absolutely breathe-taking. Jazmyn and Ola are some of the most joyful people I’ve ever met and we spent the entire evening laughing and smiling! J & O met us for elopement portraits just before sunset, so we only had about 45 minutes to explore the area and get all the shots we wanted. Despite the rushed timeline, we still had an incredible evening together! How could you not have a good evening with a landscape like this and amazing weather!
